2 separate 2nd Pass Applications for NonExempt and for Exempt

I am in the process of setting up a first and a second pass application flow for our exempt population and another for our nonexempt population. It appears to me that you must have 4 different career sections to accomplish this. I was curious as to how to set it up so the hourly jobs and the salaried jobs show up correctly on the global careers website? Do I have to contextualize the req types so they appear correctly to applicants on the global career site?
