KX replacement: Customer Connect

I understand that the knowledge exchange is being replaced by customer connect, and this is expected to be live as of today, 19 Jan... Does anyone know where to find the migrated historical KX topics, discussions, ideas etc or do we have to start again from scratch? Would be good to have a little more detail about what we can expect with the new community forum.
