Hyperlinks in email templates

Hello,

Can anyone please provide instructions on how to successfully use a hyperlink in an e-mail template for a Contact in TBE Onboarding? I am trying to add a hyperlink so the contact will be able to click on it to access the form they are required to complete. The hyperlink details load in to the e-mail template, but I have not had success with the hyperlink working and wanted to check if it was actually even something Taleo is able to do.
