System Maintenance Notification Messages

We wanted to inquire about the timing of the system notification messages sent and also the maintenance periods. There are times where more than 24 hours would greatly help when notifying users. Also, we have a lot of users who host/attend classes at 9pm. Any plans on making changes to these maintenance windows?

System maintenance for today Friday 1/23 is 9pm-6am ET
