New Patch Negatively Impacting Reporting?

edited Feb 4, 2015 5:46PM in Taleo Enterprise 10 comments

Summary

Scheduled reports are broken

Content

We've had this issue in the past with patches being released, without our knowledge, and have negatively impacted our scheduled reports.  Basically the reports sent out through the scheduled recurrence are yielding no results (it is a simple Open Req report).  But when you run that very same report Ad Hoc the results are perfect, showing all our Open reqs.

Is anyone else experiencing this?  We've noticed it within the last week.  If you are currently experiencing this or have in the past, what have you done to resolve this issue without having to rebuild the report?  Would a simple rescheduling of the recurrence fix the issue?

Howdy, Stranger!
