Can knockout questions be used on applications?

Hi all,

We have a tier 1 application set up as a career website page.  On it we ask applicants a question about their eligibility to work in the U.S..  Since our company is not sponsoring visas, this really needs to be a knock-out question to save our recruiters time.  I have watched the video on how to set up the knockout questions per requisition, but I would like a way not to have to attach the question to each individual requisition but rather have it as part of our application.
