Let me start by saying I am a NEWBIE.  I am trying to figure out things in Taleo with limited training.  The person who was doing this stuff left the company.  So if I sound "ignorant" below, please excuse me.  Here's my question/issue:

When a candidate logs in and accesses their candidate profile, there's a section that allows them to check a box to indicate they want to be alerted when a job opening occurs.  The site says:  Please specify the work preferences such as the job field, the location, and the organization.  Select the options that better correspond to the professionals interests.  You must select at least one value in the section "Job Field".
