How are companies using the Scheduling Center?

We are looking to implement the High Volume Scheduler, but we've come to learn that it does not sync with our recruiters' Outlook calendars, which will add extra effort to coordinate the Taleo and Outlook calendars.  We are curious to hear how other companies implemented the scheduler and how it is working within your organization.  Any information that you can provide is greatly appreciated!
