A one-page cheat sheet with quick reference links to the services available upon request for the Fusion HCM Cloud Service.


Oracle offers standard services designed to assist in the implementation and use of your Fusion HCM Cloud Service. We recommend that you review the available services and include in your project plan any service requests (SR) that you need for a successful implementation. For each service planned, review the MOS Note link provided in the quick reference guide for more detailed information.

The Quick Reference Guide on Standard Service Requests is a one page document which provides a brief description of the service, lead time required to schedule the request, estimated time to complete the request, links to instructions, and additional information you may need to consider when making the request.  This document will help you to proactively plan for additional activities that you may need to perform throughout the year.
