R13 Add Enter Requisition Line Task to Request Forms

Summary

Is it possible for the Enter Requisition Line form that is currently under 'More Tasks' also appear in the Request Forms section or the Requisitions landing page?

We would like shoppers to use the Enter Requisition Line form when they need to make non-catalog requisitions.  It would be nice if that form could be included in the Request Forms section so that it is easier to access.  Please see screen shots for a visual.
