I would like to know what are the pros and cons of using AgentWeb over Right Now or the way around.

I am implementing oracle chat feature and when it comes to Agent side where chats are accepted, I am seeing differences with respect to functionality and options.

Need some help on understanding the actual difference and usages to choose one. Which one is the recommended and why.

I have also heard that AgentWeb is being maintained on a regular bases but not Right Now. (Just a myth)

Please suggest.
