Leveraging Oracle Field Service Cloud’s Outbound Configuration Tools When Responding to Changing Integration Requirements

Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) drives a mission critical component of operations – without it, product and service delivery would grind to a halt, resulting in inefficiencies and customer dissatisfaction. Field services are central to service operations, so OFSC often works at the center of numerous operational and business support systems.

It must receive critical information from HR/HCM, CRM and ERP solutions in order to optimize field operations. It must also communicate important data back to the applications that keep your business running smoothly.
