Outbound Call while moving the Activities in the Same Resource

We are currently working on a use case in which the Field Service cloud needs to send outbound message to the master system when ever the Activity is moved with in the same Resource.

Kindly consider the below scenario

Resource Name : Test Resource 1 

Activities Allocated to Test Resource 1 : Activity 1(Start Time:10am  , End Time :11am), Activity 2(Start Time:11:30am  End Time: 12:30 pm)

If Activity 1 is moved  to another resource we are currently sending  a message via Move Activity launch condition . This information contains the information in regards to Activity 1 .

However Move activity is invoked when an existing activity is moved to another resource or day. Therfeore We are not getting any information in regards to the change in Start time of Activity 2.
