Feedback sent to terminated managers

Managers solicit and receive feedback about their direct reports at the start of our performance review cycle.  When a manager is then terminated, it appears Taleo does not provide a mechanism to transfer, or otherwise make available, that feedback to the new manager.  The new manager needs this feedback to better prepare the performance review.  How is your organization handling this?  Thanks!
