Aggregated Requisition Owners not really aggregated data

Please reference the attached document.

Does anyone know why the Aggregated Requisitions field does not produce aggregated data once it is exported to Excel?  The legacy reporting system was able to maintain the aggregated data once exported but the new system does not seem to support this.

Also, does anyone know how I can quickly aggregate this data manually through Excel on the back end?
