We are looking at best practices for creating and maintaining pipelines/talent pools in TBE.  Specifically, we are looking to organize our high potential candidates and be able to easily search and report on them.  We'd like to be able to prioritize them.  We'd also like reminders to follow up with these candidates on a regular basis.  Finally, any ideas on how to best manage this in both TBE and LinkedIn would be useful.  For instance, if we see a high potential in LinkedIn is there a way to merge their data into TBE without having them actually apply for a
