Sending SMS through Taleo or TCC

Hi,

I would like to explore if SMS can be triggered to candidates through Taleo Application. I know there are few providers (Message Media, Text Magic, etc) that allow this functionality? How good their service is?

I think it can possibly be achieved via TCC using custom Java classes. Let me know if anyone of you have successfully developed this integration. Or any workaround for the same.
