Taleo Search not including new data in results

Following a zone upgrade and search engine upgrade new records are not being retrieved in quick or advanced search


Hi Everyone

I was hoping that any of you could shed some light into this problem.

We upgraded our zone to 14B and Oracle did an upgrade of the search engines following this. Ever since this happened we are unable to access newly created records, say candidate files or requisitions, either via the quick search or the advanced search.

This is also happening in the Performance side of things. We currently have 2 SRs open for this, for over a week, and they are not able to identify the problem, in fact I was being told there was no such issue, but as you can imagine this is becoming rather serious at this stage.
