Is it possible for the candidate to receive a Pop Up Message on-line when completing application form

When a candidate completes the on-line application form for our roles, there are two key questions that would immediately identify that the candidate is not eligible for that particular role.  They are asking us why it then allows them to move on to complete the rather lengthy form.    Is it possible for a pop-up message to appear to tell them the reason why they should not continue to complete the application at that point.
