Are there any custom candidate field types that allow questions?

Hi all,

While creating our tier 2 application, I am creating many new custom candidate fields to insert.  The options seem limited, so I am wondering if I am missing something/ another way to do it.

I have a lot of yes/no questions to ask and the questions themselves are too long to fit in the "title" box, which is the only text available in the picklist.  So I have been creating a yes/no picklist and then inserting a text line above it on our custom webpage/ tier 2 app to actually ask the question.  But there is nothing visible to tell me which yes/no picklist goes with which question, so this method is going to make it very difficult to do my candidate view page layout later to see the view the candidate input to
