I would like to know your valuable approach for completion of Taleo certification, like question pattern, what topics need to focus on and mandatory’s to keep in mind during preparation of certification exclusion of oracle taleo-recruiting-exam-study-guide-1930939 which is already  with me ?

It would be greatly appreciated if certified peers can share their thoughts or any prepared documents if you may have made earlier will be so helpful for me to complete my certification.
