HOW TO: Guide to selecting the most appropriate Layout during Report Creation

TBE provides a set of Layouts that users can select in the first step of report creation which will provide a starting point for the new report’s layout on the Report Designer. These layout options pre-define certain components of your report design that you can modify to suit your design needs. Selecting the most appropriate Layout is important.

  1. Default, Default Landscape, Default A4, Default A4 Landscape, 

The Default Layout(s) come pre-populated with a number of components.  This is mostly suitable for creating a report that you would export to PDF or Word and not manipulate offline.  Any pre-populated component can be deleted from your report.
