Summary

We are working on a redesign to salary bases to support components/rates, unlike the salary components we have today. This introduces uncertainty as to when salary should be ended.

The Fusion Compensation development team would appreciate your feedback. In brief, a new salary basis type is being designed to support a new rate structure. Salary can be comprised of various components of pay, or individual rates. One or more rates may contribute to overall salary. Here is an example of how salary can be structured.
