Admin Assistant access

A few Directors in our organization have indicated they would like their Admin Assistants to be able to access their requisitions in TBE in order to contact for interview, collate information, etc. This would not involve approving reqs or offers on behalf of the Director or changing any candidate statuses. Any recommendations on how this could easily be set up in TBE? Am unsure what type of role this should be set up as, and whether the Admin Assistant would need to be added as a Req Owner on the Director's requisitions which would be a pain. Any input is
