Reporting Issues/Degradation Notices

I actually have 2 questions:

1.  Has anyone been having issues running reports in TBE over the last 24 hours?  A few times now I have kicked off reports and they have just sat and been unable to run. (I am waiting for my support access to be approved so I can't open a ticket yet)

2.  It seems there has been a lot of notices about the degradation of service.  Luckily we haven't been too impacted but is there any explanation as to why there are so many of them recently?
