Hi! Considering the restrictions around accepting a Candidate nomination and restrictions around progressing them without their consent, seems to stop us to accept Employee referrals at job level.

One of the suggestion that I could find in the Configuration guide suggests to put restrictions on how far the candidate can be progress in CSW, till they don't finish their submission 'online' (most recent job submission changes).

I am interested to know if any of you are using this option or alternatively other options that help you remain compliant with OFCCP requirements at the same time. The idea is to not progress a matched / referred / user created profile till we receive their consent. If you could share certain screen captures, it will help sell the concept to our users.
