I am looking for options on managing referrals who are not referred for a specific requisition.  We want an application that the candidate themselves will complete (the same as our regular application).  We don't want this to be available to the general public.  The process we want to follow is that we are notified of a referral but not for a specific requisition.  We would then like to have a link to this general application that we send to the candidate to complete.  Is this possible?  Thank you.
