Is there an easy way to pull the other (specify) comments on reports?

I was wondering if anyone could share how to easily report off the comments when someone picks Other (specify) as a reject motive. Whenever I try to do it, I usually end up getting extra comments I don't want and if I try to set it up as a detail, I sometimes get multi-value for some so I must be doing something wrong.

I am currently still using BO reporting, but I am working on moving reports to OBI soon, so I would be interested in set up in either format.
