Candidate Source Analytics
I am seeking some advice from other TBE users in regards to experiences with source tracking that is more sophisticated and reliable than the manual user selected drop down box in the candidate application form.
We spend a large amount of money on job boards, direct and employer brand marketing but feel that we are not getting reliable data as it is user selected rather than hard data (ie Google Analytics). We are unable to associate our google analytics with candidate files and therefore only able to measure volume not quality of candidate and calculate ROI.
Any experience or suggestions would be appreciated.
