Contextualisation in career section

I want to know if i contextualise a career section by location and now if i contextualise it by Organization also then how would this contextualisation work? would it be a AND between location & org. or it would work as an OR i.e either org. should be there or  location should be there to trigger the career section. We cannot ask SSN & DOB for NY candidates on application but there are some orgs. also where we cannot ask these. So if add these orgs also along with location(NY) then would it work or i will have to create
