How can we get "Starting Date in current Job" and "Starting Date in current Grade" in BI analysis

I have a requirement to get the details in BI analysis that what is the start date in current grade and job.May be this date can be assignment start date when employee hired or it can any date when assignment change happened with any specific action.

Please help  me out as its really important to deliver to the business
