How to audit changes over certain requisition standard fields

We're in process of rolling out hiring manager process in TEE and appreciate for any sharing on the roll out of this process.

When hiring manager submit a requisition for approval , e.g. with salary range, and it gets approved by up managers and go to recruiter. Recruiter receive notification and their access allow them to edit the information on the requisition form. There're certain fields on the form are recruiter only field and some fields were entered by hiring manager.

I noticed the change of fields are shown on requisition history tab but not all of them. How to have these change audited or are there a way to retrieve a copy of original requisition info that gets approved, in case any changes are made by recruiters?
