Updating Exisiting Requisition Templates is no longer working - has something changed?


We use requisition templates extensively.  When we have mass changes to our job code data such as all new salary ranges due to a new union contract,  we use the import feature to update the existing requisition templates.  We add the template Requisition Id to the import file and it has always worked wonderfully.  However now it is creating a new template as opposed to updating the existing.  We do have job code on the file along with the Requisition Id.  We last did a mass sync about a year ago without a problem.
