I have read the release notes twice and still do not know what I need to do to make sure that candidates can apply for our jobs on their handhelds.  I am "technically" the administrator but am not the person that should be doing this as I just don't have the aptitude.  I have to believe there are other companies that also have this issue, they have TBE but not someone to help support it because they are not that large of a company.  Out IT department can not help as they know nothing of Taleo, I probably know more.
