how do I enable private goal feature?
Summary
how do I enable private goal feature?Content
I don't see this as an option for us. I don't seem to have a "private" box available:
Can I create a goal that is visible only to me?
You can create a private goal which is not visible to managers and does not get submitted for approval. Private goals allow you to track tasks and objectives for yourself.
To add a private goal:
1 |
Click New Goal from the Employee Goals section. |
2 |
Enter a title, type, due date, and status. |
3 |
Check the box marked Private. |
4 |
Enter a description, and measurement for the goal. |
