    Adding HTML Field from Page Layout into Form

    I recently created an HTML field (table) into the Requisition page layout (TEST - CNRL HIRE CHECKLIST). Now I am trying to add that table (field) into one of my forms ( TEST - CNRL HIRE CHECKLIST ), but I can't figure it out how and if I'm even able to do so. Does anyone know how to do that?
