How can we re-send the New Employee Notification email?

Need a way to resend the 'Welcome Letter'

I searched the forum for an answer to this, so apologize if it's there and I didn't see it.  Hopefully, there is a simple answer to this.  On occasion, a new employee will not receive the 'Welcome Email' (I think the Taleo out-of-box term for this is 'New Employee Notification' email) -- the email that includes the link to the employee website.  How can we re-send that email?
