Overtime requirements

We're looking to update our application and/or requisitions to indicate that some positions require mandatory overtime on occasion.    How are folks currently handling this?  Do you put in the job summary section of the req?  Add a question to the req to inquire about availability?   Have some standard language in your application?

Or other ways?
