How to tell if review is pending employee or manager esignature
Summary
How to tell if review is pending employee or manager esignatureContent
We are wrapping up our first review cycle using Perform. There has been a lot of confusion/negative feedback around whose esignature is pending - the employees or the managers? The only way we can tell is by viewing the review history log. But for our employees who don't have a valid email address (manufacturing) on file, an email to the manager is all that appears. Not sure how to handle. I would like to have a clear status so that the manager and HR can easily tell without HR having to go to the history log.
