We are in the midst of our TBE/PeopleSoft integration project.  We are struggling with how to handle Ethnic Group in the integration.  We are trying to pass as much data as possible from TBE to PS but since PS doesn't have the Two or More Races category, and has you select the two races instead, we don't have a one-to-one mapping.  Curious as to how others have handled this, if at all, in the integration.
