Know any ways to flag a "VIP" candidate?

Sometimes high level employees advise a colleague to apply to an executive position. Are there any positive flags we can add to a candidate's profile that will appear in a candidate list? The only flags I can think of are the yellow exclamation triangle icon indicating a candidate's answer to a DQ is "To Be Verified".

Even if the recruiter has to be told outside Taleo to flag a candidate's profile intially (manual step), that would be okay. Just want to know if this already exists or not.
