Reporting on Performance Document competency ratings

How to report on competency ratings as entered by the manager in a performance document?

Hi,

 

Our performance document includes 6 core competencies. These competencies are mandatory (cannot be deleted) and item ratings are required. I've had a look at the Performance Rating RT subject area and though there is a Competency Name field available, I can't find a field related to the manager's rating for the competency.

Does anybody know where I can find this? And/or how to report on item ratings for competencies?
