There is a candidate in our system that isn't attached to a requisition. We have it set up that you must apply for an open position; no general applications are allowed. The candidate's status was automatically changed to "Available" instead of "New" which is how all new candidates come into the system. If an employee hadn't mentioned this applicants application, I'm afraid we would have never noticed it. It seems to be stuck in a space that would not have been recognized other than to search for his name. I'm not sure what happened and am wondering if anyone can
