Career Section Login Page - Edit

Please help! I can't find where I can edit the call out added to the login page

We added this call out on the login page about using IE. We need to make changes to this now and I can not find where it is. I've searched the specific app flow, the career section settings, career portal, career user defined labels. 

Can anyone help?
