Hello
I am looking to build a report that we will use for our performance and reward management (pre-calibration). This will include a performance curve chart, as well as a staff list type report for all employees, and will be accessible to all line managers (using security to show only their own staff).
The report will need to be able to be filtered/sorted by "Bonus Pot Group", which is a company specific CASE WHEN formula based on the combination employees grade and Business Unit Name (I have not included the formula due to potential sensitivity).
