    Good afternoon, hopefully this is the correct forum. If not please point me in the correct direction.

    I have created a form and launched it with the option to attach a file from the settings option in Review Request, Settings, Allow File Attachments

    However, when I go to the form I am not seeing anywhere that there is an option to attach the file.

    Can you please advise if that setting is dependent on another setting or where in the form I should be able to see that option?
