HC Report by date- doesn't show changes in BU

We have created HC report based on subject area - workforce assignment real time by date. The problem is that if we put past date, for employees that were moved from BU to another, the report show the BU details as of today and not the BU was effective to the date in the prompt.

If someone has an idea how to resolved this, highly appreciated.
