Why are some users unable to see shared reports?

Implementation Manager does not see reports in shared folders

Good morning - 

For some reason my manager (Also system admin and implementation mgr) cannot see the reports I created in our "My Company Shared" folder...  Is there any reason this would be the case?  Other users with similar access levels can all see them.
