Can I modify the offer letter pick list in Taleo Recruit (TBE)?

Can I modify the offer letter pick list in Taleo Recruit (TBE)?  I just updated the offer letters in the system and now want only the updated letters to show when given the option to pick a template from the list.  Is there a place to update the pick list?  Or, do I need to delete the outdated templates?
