Error Message when making edits to a requisition

When editing and try to change position status on a requisition and saving, the JD pops up with message:

"Your input has been modified to remove any potentially harmful HTML.
Click Accept to save it as displayed below. Click Cancel to edit your input and try again."

I have 2 options : accept or cancel appearing on the bottom of the JD + message  “Potentially harmful HTML has been detected”. Has anyone else had this problem?
